JD Sports Australia in Geelong is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, coach a large team and drive sales targets while managing operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This senior leadership role focuses on coaching and developing the team, optimizing store operations, and growing profitability through smart product placement and KPI achievement.

At JD Sports, our customers come first. As a Store Manager, you'll run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. You'll create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering the results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
