Job summary

Ally Fashion in Bathurst is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic, fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service while driving store performance.

You will develop staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, oversee rosters and recruitment, and uphold Ally Fashion’s values, brand standards, and health and safety. Weekend work and late trading are required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong product knowledge to train the team.
• Ability to recruit and attract talents.
• Flexible to weekend roster including late trading.
• Current Australian driver’s license and police check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure expert service, strong product knowledge, and stock management with high visual merchandising standards.
• Assist Regional Manager with rosters, sales targets, stock and expense control, and talent development.
