Job summary

The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a 10–15 person team on the shop floor. You’ll drive store performance, customer service, stock control and standards while working closely with the team to deliver results.

We’re offering a base hourly rate with penalties, overtime, and a growth path as the Australian business expands globally.

Qualifications

• Experience running a store or similar operation.
• Strong on-floor leadership and team coordination.
• Willingness to train in company processes and global operating model.

You

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
