Seed Heritage is seeking a Store Manager for our Chatswood Chase store. You will lead a passionate team, deliver an elevated customer experience, and drive sales performance while maintaining stock, rosters and back-of-house administration.

This role reports to State Leadership and requires a proactive, customer‑first mindset. You will mentor staff, manage a high‑volume fashion environment, and strive to exceed KPIs in sales, wages and shrinkage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
