We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Brookside store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.

What you’ll be doing

Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets

Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service

Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team

Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes

Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines

Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity
