Tarocash is seeking a dynamic leader to guide our store team and deliver the SHARPEST customer experience. You will drive sales, manage KPIs, coach your team, and lead from the front to reinforce our culture and values.

• Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
• Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.

• Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
• Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
• Have a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.
