Job summary

Global Retail Brands is recruiting a Store Manager for Ballina. You will take full ownership of the Ballina Ballina Superstore (222), driving sales, team development and exceptional customer experiences on a fortnightly rotating roster.

Lead from the floor, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while partnering with a wider retail leadership team for growth opportunities.

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Ballina. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
