We're looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our beautiful Warrnambool store! If youve got the energy, proven leadership experience, and love for creating standout shopping experiences, this could be your next big move.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering customer service that's second to none.
• Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
• Coaching, training, and developing your "Best" team.
• Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
• Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.

• 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
