Beacon Lighting Townsville is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Townsville store in Queensland. This full-time role drives store performance, develops a high-performing team and delivers exceptional customer experiences, all while offering a great work-life balance with every second weekend off.

From day one you'll be supported through the Bright Start induction, receive ongoing training and have opportunities to become an Accredited Lighting Consultant.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
• Confident communication with customers and staff.
• Positive, resilient, and solutions-driven mindset.
