Domino’s in Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced store leader to drive performance, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee rostering, training, and stock management while promoting a high-energy, safe, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Craft a unique customer experience for your store that goes beyond the transaction, making every interaction a highlight of the customer’s day.
• Leadership: Instilling a high-performance culture in your store, characterised by selling more pizza and having more fun.
• Rostering and Planning: Streamlining staff rostering for seamless teamwork in the pizza store hustle.
• Training and Development: Providing coaching and guidance to the next generation of Domino’s team members and champions of the brand.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, cost control, and revenue-boosting initiatives for store profitability.
• Stock management: Forecasting, replenishment, and supplier relationship management to ensure product availability.

• Training and Development: Providing coaching and guidance to the next generation of Dominoids – you will be a champion of our brand and instil a quality and service mindset.
• Financial Management: master financial flair in your store with savvy budgeting, cost control, and revenue boosters for a slice of success!
• Stock management: No stock, no products. You will elevate your store through outstanding forecasting, data driven decisions, replenishment and supplier relationships.
