Job summary

Gazman Mona Vale is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new store with energy, integrity and a strong customer focus. You will drive sales, coach the team, maintain presentation standards and foster a high-performing store culture in a welcoming, family-driven environment.

You’ll oversee rostering, training, stock management, visual merchandising and promotions, while building a loyal customer base and delivering memorable experiences that reflect the Gazman brand and values.

Qualifications

• Previous store management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, build a strong store culture and maintain presentation quality.
• Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through effective leadership, motivation and customer engagement.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience and cultivate a loyal customer base that values quality and service.
• Manage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising and promotions execution.
• Foster a team environment built on trust, development and shared success.
