7-Eleven in Eight Mile Plains is seeking a Store Leader to drive performance and customer satisfaction. You will run the store with an ownership mindset, lead a team and ensure safe, high-quality operations in Brisbane.

The role offers $77,030 base salary plus 12% super and a 15% annual bonus eligibility, with full-time training and opportunities across our store network. Regular Monday–Friday shifts and relocation opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience or store management with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to coach a team.
• Ability to manage KPIs, financials, schedules and store standards.
