Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Store Manager for Liquorland in Australia. You’ll lead fast-paced retail operations, energise your team, and create an inviting store environment that makes every customer feel valued.

With a background in fast-moving consumer goods, hospitality or customer-facing roles, you’ll manage payroll, rostering and liquor inventory while driving sales and achieving store goals. RSA certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer facing environments.
• Social and enjoy chatting with people; focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
• Strong admin skills: payroll, rostering, liquor inventory, store organisation.
• Hitting store goals and boosting sales excites you.
• RSA certification, or willingness to obtain one.
