Job summary

ALDI Stores in Adelaide is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations and support the leadership team. You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, handle customer inquiries and ensure the store runs smoothly during each shift.

You will develop leadership skills through extensive training and career progression, while contributing to ALDI's purpose and delivering excellent service to customers. This role emphasises teamwork, safety and positive store culture.
