About the role

We are seeking an engaging, people‑focused Store Manager to lead our East Vic Park WA store. As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver an outstanding in‑store experience, drive sales and profit while maintaining expense levels, and create a safe, fun and positive culture. Your responsibilities include coaching the team, delivering training in safety, managing store operations, and ensuring effective teamwork and business performance.

About you
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large team (30+ employees minimum)
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
  • Flexible availability across our operating hours
  • Solid understanding of various retail operations
  • Track record of working to KPIs and budgets
  • Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people‑leadership and safety management
