VRG GRL Noosa is opening in December 2026 and we are hiring casual and part-time Store Assistants to join our new store team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect look while delivering exceptional service, reflecting our brand image.

Qualifications

• Previous fashion retail experience is required, as well as a keen eye for style.
• Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic maths skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with collections and promotions to advise customers.
• Answer calls and enquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain store visuals, organise merchandise and restock.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts and price stock.
• Set up promotions and displays to drive sales.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and closing sales.
• Process transactions and handle cash/card payments.
• Process refunds/store credits/exchanges per policy.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.

THE ROLE

Our Noosa Store is opening in December 2026 and we are looking for casual and part time Store Assistants to join our new store team. As a Store Assistant at VRG GRL, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find their perfect look while providing exceptional service. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring our store and the service provided reflects our brand image. To help you do this, you'll be given a generous wardrobe allowance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalised assistance to meet their needs, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with VRG GRL collections, instore and online promotions to provide informed style advice and accurate information to customers.
• Answer all phone calls and customer inquiries making sure issues are resolved promptly and excellent customer service standards are maintained.
• Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, including organising merchandise, restocking items, and ensuring displays are attractive and on-brand.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and safe for customers and staff at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing stock, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organised stockroom and store.
• Assist in setting up and executing store promotions and displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in ensuring the store layout and product displays are visually appealing and meet brand standards.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales efficiently.
• Efficiently process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Process Refunds / Store Credits / Exchanges accurately following brand policies and terms of sale.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
