Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Stock Coordinator for our CWH Victoria Point store in Queensland. The role involves managing inbound stock, replenishing inventory, and maintaining planogram-aligned displays to optimise in-store visuals.

Under supervision, you will handle labeling, stock organisation, and related administrative tasks including processing invoices and credits. A National Criminal History Check and valid working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Prior stock management experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity fora Stock Coordinator to join our, fast-paced, growing business.

With the supervision of an experienced people leader, the primary role of the Stock Coordinator is to manage and organising all incoming stock deliveries to the store daily. In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels to create engaging visual merchandising displays in-store,
• Labelling and arranging new and replenishment stock as specified in the retail store planograms,
• General administration including handling and processing invoices relating to the stock received as well as processing credits when appropriate.
