Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group Crestmead QLD is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage daily stock deliveries, replenish inventory, and support visual merchandising across our store network.

Under supervision of a team leader, you will label and arrange stock per planograms, handle invoices, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Prior stock management experience in retail.
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels to support in-store displays.
• Label and arrange new and replenishment stock per planograms.
• Process invoices and credits relating to stock received.

With the supervision of an experienced people leader, the primary role of the Stock Coordinator is to manageand organisingall incoming stock deliveries to the store daily. In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Replenishing stockandmaintaininginventory levels to create engaging visual merchandising displaysin-store,
• Labellingandarrangingnew and replenishmentstock as specified inthe retail storeplanograms,
• General administration including handling and processing invoices relating to the stock received as well asprocessingcreditswhenappropriate.
