Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Cheltenham in Victoria is seeking a Stock Coordinator to join our busy store. This role involves managing daily stock deliveries, replenishing stock, and ensuring planogram compliance to support in-store visual merchandising.

You will label and arrange new and replenishment stock, and handle invoices related to stock receipts and credits, working under supervision of a team leader. This position offers part-time hours with flexible shifts and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
• Prior stock management experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks.

About the Opportunity

With the supervision of an experienced people leader, the primary role of the Stock Coordinator is to manage and organising all incoming stock deliveries to the store daily. In addition, you are also responsible for:

• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels to create engaging visual merchandising displays in-store,
• Labelling and arranging new and replenishment stock as specified in the retail store planograms,
• General administration including handling and processing invoices relating to the stock received as well as processing credits when appropriate.
