Job summary

SHEIKE is seeking a part-time Stock Controller at our Gold Coast store to help keep stock flowing and replenishment on track. You will work behind the scenes to ensure products are available and accurately presented, supporting store operations with urgency and precision.

Ideally you are detail-oriented, organised and collaborative, comfortable meeting KPIs and contributing to a high-energy team. This role includes staff discounts and coaching from leaders.

• Experienced in stock management or processing in fast fashion or high-volume retail
• Organised, dependable and proactive behind the scenes
• Self-motivated and eager to improve
• Positive, team-oriented and focused on store success
• Comfortable working to KPIs and supporting broader store goals

Your Role in Store

As a SHEIKE Stock Controller, you will:

• Process high volumes of stock and daily replenishment with efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-managed stockroom
• Support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth store functioning
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the store team
