Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Steward to keep back-of-house areas clean and well-organised, supporting the culinary team and ensuring hygienic conditions across kitchens, bars and dining spaces.

From daily cleaning tasks to handling cleaning chemicals safely, you will contribute to a secure and efficient service environment while enjoying benefits like on-site meals, uniform provision, and staff discounts as part of a dynamic hospitality team on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen cleaning or manual labour (highly regarded).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a bonus—we’ll provide training.
• Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to suit business needs.
