Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold HLT37015 or equivalent vocational competency.
• TAE40122/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Evidence of recent VET and industry PD activities.
• Minimum two years of full-time relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of ASQA regulatory guidelines (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching sessions, tutorials and practical sessions with inclusive participation and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate simulations and placements, supervise and guide students in applying theory to practice.
• Implement fair assessment strategies and monitor programs for improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and industry skills.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, students and external partners to ensure smooth learning.
• Work with curriculum development to create learning resources and assessments.
