Job summary

Geelong Tech School, hosted by The Gordon, is recruiting to deliver innovative STEM programs for secondary students in the Geelong region. The role focuses on inspiring learners through hands-on experiences with future technologies and close collaboration with schools, industry and community partners.

You will design and deliver programs that connect classroom learning with real-world applications, creating engaging experiences and building student confidence for tomorrow’s workforce.

Qualifications

• Current VIT registration or secondary-teacher experience is preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering STEM learning programs.
• Knowledge of CAD, 3D printing, coding, automation or AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and delivery of STEM programs aligned to local needs and curriculum.
• Lead hands-on learning using future-focused technologies and innovative teaching approaches.
• Develop resources and activities to foster creativity and problem solving.
• Create inclusive learning environments and adapt delivery for diverse learners.
