Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain NESA accreditation and fulfil associated professional requirements.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) compliance is required.
• Experience with Steiner education or arts-integrated teaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare age-related and imaginative programmes of learning consistent with Steiner principles.
• Bring a narrative approach to all subjects and integrate arts of music, movement and drawing into daily lessons.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and assistants.
• Develop and maintain an aesthetic classroom environment.
• Foster a sensitive and inclusive social atmosphere that aligns with school ethos and policies.
• Manage behaviour in positive, supportive ways.
