Job summary

ESSF in Sydney is seeking a proactive drafting team lead who owns outcomes and drives process improvements. You will mentor others, coordinate outsourced detailers, and deliver accurate 3D models and shop drawings using Tekla Structures and Advance Steel.

This long-term role requires on-site presence in Sydney and close collaboration with clients, engineers and project managers to ensure high-quality, coordinated structures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures and/or Advance Steel.
• Good understanding of structural steel fabrication and construction processes.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
