Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Statutory Reporting Manager to lead statutory financial reporting across the Oceania cluster and APAC. You will consolidate statements, oversee audits, and provide technical accounting guidance to finance teams and stakeholders.

You will drive month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting while strengthening controls and policies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards across a multinational business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CA qualifications preferred.
• 5–7+ years in financial accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience in a multinational organisation; Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Proven experience with statutory reporting, group consolidations and year-end accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, reconcile, and consolidate monthly financial statements for Oceania group companies.
• Manage month-end/year-end close and ASIC lodgement processes.
• Lead external audit coordination and resolve audit findings.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to finance teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly reports with variance analysis for management and regional offices.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts, and develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Train staff and drive process improvements in financial controls.
