Job summary

eHealth NSW in Sydney seeks an Associate Director, Statewide Engagement & Sourcing to lead procurement engagement and statewide sourcing initiatives supporting NSW Health's digital transformation.

You will work across Local Health Districts, specialty networks and pillar organisations, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify ICT priorities, drive adoption of statewide arrangements and deliver sourcing outcomes that improve value and benefits realisation across the health system.

Qualifications

• Has extensive experience leading strategic procurement, sourcing or category management functions within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience across technology or ICT procurement is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to engage with executives and stakeholders to influence procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide ICT sourcing programs and major procurement initiatives from planning to tendering and contract establishment.
• Partner with senior leaders across NSW Health to align sourcing strategies with statewide priorities.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategy, governance, probity and risk management for high-value ICT procurements.
• Drive adoption of statewide ICT contracts and sourcing arrangements for measurable benefits and value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration, improvement and innovation.
