About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will :

  • Execute state‑based operational business plans aligned with national strategy.
  • Lead and manage multiple clinics to ensure optimal operations, specific to performance and patient outcomes.
  • Directly manage key state personnel, including Patient Services Manager, Director of Nursing (Day Hospitals / Procedures) and State Nurse Manager.
  • Collaborate with National Managers across HR, Finance, Compliance / WHS and Marketing for integrated service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including patient billing and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with ART regulations and NSQHS standards.
  • Champion a process‑driven approach to operational management and continuous improvement.
Successful Candidates will Bring
  • Extensive experience managing healthcare operations, preferably in IVF, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) or specialist medical services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Solid understanding and expertise in Medicare billing and clinic performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with ART, NSQHS standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and problem‑solving skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
