Job description

Our successful candidate can expect to be supported by a team of high achieving consultants and working shoulder-to-shoulder with our fantastic group of leaders.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will have overall accountability for leading and delivering the business outcomes for WA, covering operational performance, profitability and people.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead and inspire our WA based Team Leaders and Administrator
  • Drive revenue growth and boost profitability—help us hit (and exceed) our targets!
  • Oversee and coordinate improvements to team performance, quality and efficiency
  • Identify and implement strategies to grow the business and expand our market reach
  • Manage high opportunity accounts and complete high-level proposals, tenders and presentations
  • Foster and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Stay on top of compliance, risk management, regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Mentor and support your team’s growth—help them be their best!

What We’re Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing.
  • Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.
  • Demonstrated experience in workplace rehabilitation preferably 5+ years.
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within workplace rehabilitation preferably 2+ years.
  • Strong financial skills—you know your way around budgets and revenue goals, previous responsibility managing a P&L would be highly regarded.
  • Strong experience working within the WA workers compensation scheme.
  • A people person who can build solid relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker who loves analysing data and spotting trends.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Someone truly passionate about delivering quality care and positive outcomes.
