Queensland Health is seeking a Staff Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, emergency and on-call services at Redland Hospital and Wynnum Primary Care Centre. You will provide consultant-led decision-making and mentor junior doctors while contributing to education and clinical governance.

As a Staff Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, emergency and on-call services at Redland Hospital and Wynnum Primary Care Centre. About you:

You are a skilled and compassionate Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who brings strong clinical expertise, leadership and a commitment to safe, woman-centred care.

• Hold FRANZCOG, or be nearing completion, with eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration.
• Demonstrated broad O&G expertise across obstetrics, gynaecology, emergency and procedural care.
• Strong teaching, supervision and mentoring skills within a hospital or teaching environment.
• Committed to clinical governance, quality improvement, education and service development.
• Communicate with professionalism and cultural sensitivity, working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
