Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a RISC-V software release and packaging engineer to help build, package, and release the software that powers our RISC-V and system IP products.

You will work with Linux and open source components, create automated release processes, and integrate Yocto/Buildroot, CI/CD systems, and scripting (Python/Bash) to accelerate customer deployment. This role supports remote or hybrid work in the North America or Australia.

Qualifications

• Background in Linux and open source development.
• Experience with Linux system creation tools such as Yocto or Buildroot, or packaging for other distributions.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with Git, release management, and branching methodologies.
• Collaborative work style and ability to work across team boundaries.
