Overview

Staff Development Nurse role at Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS). This is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 45.6 hours per fortnight. CRVCID 705216.

Responsibilities
  • Ongoing assessment of the knowledge and skills of nursing staff at Perth Children’s Hospital.
  • Planning and implementation of education and training programs.
  • Provision of support for nursing staff, including orientation, preceptorship and core training requirements.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, comprising four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). CAHS services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH) and across more than 160 community clinics.
