glassybaby LLC seeks an in-office Accountant to support the monthly close for a multi-channel business including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. You will prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, cash activity, and inventory in NetSuite, with documentation for tax and lender reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or related experience, strong Excel, and NetSuite proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related job experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Ability to meet recurring close calendar.

Aufgaben

• Close and general ledger: prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries for the monthly close.
• Cash and banking: reconcile cash accounts and post all cash journal entries; record bank activity daily.
• Inventory: update NetSuite inventory costing, reconcile physical inventory, and plan counts.
• Revenue systems and e-commerce: monitor POS flow and reconcile with accounting systems.
• Tax, compliance, and lender reporting: prepare property tax filings and lender documentation.
• Accounts payable: approve accounts payable bills daily/weekly.
