Job summary

• Proven SRE or infrastructure leadership experience, including incident command at scale.
• Strong software engineering skills and comfort with code to solve reliability problems.
• Ability to influence across regions and functions without formal authority.

• Own and drive the reliability programme across APAC and EMEA.
• Grow and mentor the SRE team, expanding headcount while maintaining high incident response standards.
• Partner with platform teams, observability, Database Reliability Engineering, and Shared Services to reduce incidents.
