Job summary

Genpact in Sydney/Office location is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead for Application Development with Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team of developers, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Expertise in .NET, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server is essential. Additionally, you will develop coding standards, perform code reviews, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in computer engineering, CS or IT.
• Masters degree in software engineering preferred.
• Experience leading teams of developers and delivering MS tech projects.
