CareCone Group is seeking a highly experienced Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing across telecom domain projects in Sydney, Australia. Candidates should have 10+ years in software testing and QA, with at least 5+ years in a Test Lead role, and strong hands-on experience with ETL, data validation, migration testing, reporting validation and cloud platforms.

The role requires leadership, governance capabilities, and proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
