Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Sydney seeks an experienced Microsoft Azure Cloud ADF Data Engineer to design and build data pipelines within a Data Warehouse environment.

You will work with T-SQL procedures and contribute to metadata-driven load frameworks on the Azure platform, with strong SQL skills and 5+ years in cloud data engineering.

Good-to-have activities include identifying problems, proposing improvements, and presenting ideas to management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as Azure ADF data engineer in a DW environment.
• 3+ years' experience in design and build using agile.
• 5+ years' experience in data engineering techs, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, APIs.
• Strong SQL for querying, transformation, and validations.
• Metadata-driven data load automation on Azure.

Job description

• Recent Five (5) years’ experience working as a Microsoft Azure Cloud ADF Data Engineer and using T-SQL procedures in a Data Warehouse environment
• Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in Design and Build using agile delivery framework.
• Minimum Five (5) years of experience in Data Engineering technologies (Data engineering, ETL/ELT, data Pipelines, data extraction using various file types, Databases and APIs).
• Strong SQL for data querying and transformation and validations.
• Strong experience building metadata-driven (automation) data load frameworks in MS Azure Cloud Platform.

Good-to-Have skills:

• Identify problems, develop ideas and propose solutions within daily work.
• Prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and management.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
