Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a candidate to join a spray sealing crew on road construction and maintenance projects across Central New South Wales. You will work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively, supporting sealing and civil operations while operating plant and equipment as required.

The role offers a Monday to Friday roster with weekend work available, weekly pay, and allowances for away-from-home stays and meals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn White Card & Valid Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
• Minimum of HR, or HC Licence (mandatory).
• Ability and willingness to work away from home.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a spray sealing crew across Sydney and Newcastle.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment at all times.
• Assist with spray sealing and general civil road works.
• Operate plant and equipment as required.
• Support night works and away-from-home projects.
