Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking an Industrial Spray Painter/Blaster for a 5-week project in Paget, QLD. FIFO from anywhere in Australia. You will spray and blast structural steel on site, with 60-hour weeks (6:30am–6:30pm), FIFO, accommodation and meals provided.

Applicants should have strong stainless/structural steel spray painting and abrasive blasting experience; Cert III is preferred and an IDAS assessment is required. Travel is paid at base rate for up to 4 hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in structural steel spray painting and abrasive blasting.
• Cert III preferred.
• Must be able to pass the IDAS assessment.

Opportunity:

$55 p/h + OT + FIFO from anywhere in Australia. Jump onto a 5-week industrial project spraying and blasting structural steel, with potential for ongoing FIFO swings.

Experience:

Strong structural steel spray painting and abrasive blasting experience required. Cert III preferred, with 5+ years’ experience considered without the qualification. Must be able to pass the IDAS assessment.

Benefits:

FIFO, accommodation and food provided. Travel paid at base rate for up to 4 hours. Monday to Friday with 60-hour weeks.

Extras:

6:30am–6:30pm on site, with a 4:30am wake-up and 6.00am bus. 5 weeks to start, with potential for ongoing swings.
