Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dairy processing machinery, including spray dryers, pasteurisers, and packing lines.
• Conduct routine checks, minor troubleshooting, and adjustments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Perform tasks across packing, labelling, and palletising lines for efficient production.
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards.
• Accurately complete batch records and production documentation.
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues and minimise downtime.

Key Requirements

• Experience operating machinery in dairy or food manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with spray dryers and other dairy processing equipment.
