Job description

This retail sales opportunity plays a key role in supporting the success of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads within Myer. As a Casual Sales Consultant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and help bring our brands to life through styling and strong product knowledge.

Reporting to the Concession Manager, you’ll work closely with the team to create personalised experiences for our customers, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive and inspiring store environment.

ABOUT YOU
  • Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
  • Thrive on team work and collaboration
  • Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
