The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of teaching experience, a proven track record in leading school programs, and strong skills in program logistics and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Proven ability to lead school programs and ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in managing program logistics, resources, transport and budgets.
• Familiar with best practices in education supported by ongoing research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Provide professional development and monitor improvement of teachers’ practice.
• Induct new teachers within the program or supervise induction.
• Coordinate staff delivering the designated program aligned with school values.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Stay updated with best practices and provide professional learning for staff.
• Coordinate program evaluation and review.
• Manage staff performance through professional discourse and goal setting.
• Contribute to school leadership through meetings and collaboration with Middle Leaders and Senior Leadership.
• Manage financial and material resources within the area, including budgeting and expenditures.
