Job summary

Paragon Physio is expanding across three clinics in the Penrith region and is seeking a full-time Sports Physiotherapist to own a sports and musculoskeletal caseload.

You’ll have structure, mentoring and autonomy, with a clear pathway to leadership or program ownership through our PPL framework, and access to VALD testing technology. Join a high standards team with room to build your niche.

Qualifications

• A degree in physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia through AHPRA.
• At least one year of clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
• Experience managing sports and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Confident in the gym, composed in the clinic, and a strong communicator who keeps patients engaged.
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• Current first aid and CPR.
• A driver licence, as you’ll work across all three sites.
• Availability for some evening and weekend club coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assess injuries and movement with our VALD performance suite.
• Build every treatment plan around clear goals using our six stage rehab framework.
• Treat with 1:1 rehabilitation, exercise therapy, manual therapy and other evidence based techniques.
• Run small group rehab and performance sessions across our gym and clinic spaces.
• Measure progress and adjust each program as patients improve.
• Prescribe patients effective home programs that keep them moving forward between sessions.
• Work with GPs, sports doctors and surgeons on shared cases, including through our weekly sports medicine telehealth clinic.
• Keep clear clinical records.
• Run injury screening and prevention for clubs and teams, and cover partner clubs on training nights and game days.

We blend the structure of a professional sporting program with the energy and community of a great gym. We're growing across three clinics in the Penrith region and need a full time Sports Physiotherapist to own a sports and musculoskeletal caseload.
