Job summary

Elite Supplements Limited is seeking a Sales Specialist for Elite Supplements Northland to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will share sports nutrition knowledge, assist customers, and help maintain attractive store merchandising across locations.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, a passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and travel between stores as required.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail is preferred or advantageous.
Knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements is beneficial.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections.
Share knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (training provided).
Maintain an attractive, well-stocked store through merchandising and stock control.
Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver great in-store experiences.
