Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international bookings in Sydney. You’ll coordinate complex itineraries, handle fares, ticketing and travel logistics, and build strong client relationships.

With a passion for sport and entertainment travel, you’ll excel at working under pressure in a fast-paced team. Strong GDS experience and Excel skills are highly valued in this role.

Qualificações

• 3+ years travel consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus GDS preferred.
• Group travel experience is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet and data accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

THE ROLE

Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Coordinate complex itineraries and group travel arrangements.

Book flights and manage fares, ticketing and travel logistics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Provide outstanding customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Manage competing priorities and last-minute changes in a fast‑paced environment.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Minimum 3 years' travel consulting experience, covering domestic and international bookings.

A passion for the sporting and entertainment industries is a real desire

Sabre, Galileo or Amadues GDS experience preferred, with a solid understanding of IATA fares and ticketing.

Group travel experience highly regarded.

Confident spreadsheet skills and strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Outstanding organisation and time management, with the ability to work under pressure.

A positive attitude, proactive approach and genuine desire to succeed.

Salary: Up to $80000 per annum + OTE + Super + Incentives
