Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Lavington NSW is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate emotional and spiritual support across our care communities. The role spans across SCC locations, offering meaningful person-centred care and opportunities to mentor volunteers and collaborate with a caring leadership team.

• Supporting individuals through grief, illness, and end-of-life experiences
• Helping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfort
• Planning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groups
• Sharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentation
• Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing
