Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a Newcastle-based service focusing on neuro, paediatrics and adult clients, with a long-standing clinic and plans for expansion.

You will manage a varied caseload across pediatrics and adults, work with complex conditions such as stroke, TBI, MND, and Parkinson's, and deliver assessments, interventions and detailed reports. The role offers strong professional development, supervision, a hybrid work setup with fortnightly WFH for report

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Drive and have a car.
• Interest or experience in neuro/complex caseloads is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload across paediatrics and adults.
• Work with complex conditions including stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, MND, Parkinson’s and more.
• Deliver assessments, interventions, and detailed clinical reports.
• Work across clinic and community settings with flexibility.
• Be part of an end-to-end care model supporting clients post-hospital into the community.
• Opportunity to specialise or progress into leadership/complex care pathways.

Our client is a well-established service in Newcastle with a strong reputation in neurological and complex care, and exciting growth plans, including the acquisition of a long-standing Speech Pathology clinic with over 60 years of history. With a large waitlist and consistent referrals, they’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who wants to be supported and continuously clinically develop.

About the Role

• Extensive internal supervision from senior clinicians (10+ years experience)
