Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is supporting a trusted NDIS-registered allied health provider in Melbourne’s western suburbs to recruit a Speech Pathologist for their Werribee clinic.

The role offers a balanced caseload with in-clinic sessions and community/home visits across Melbourne’s western and north-western suburbs. You’ll join a warm, multidisciplinary team including OTs, behaviour support clinicians and allied health assistants, working in a person-centred, evidence-informed model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
• Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered on merit)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential for community visits)

Responsibilities

• Assessment, therapy delivery and family/caregiver coaching
• 100% NDIS participants
• Primarily paediatric with some adult presentations (early language, AAC, articulation, social communication, fluency)
• Collaboration with OTs, behaviour support clinicians and allied health assistants
