ORS Group is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our national NDIS division, serving participants aged 0–65 across homes, schools, and community settings.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver therapy, and contribute to mealtime management and AAC recommendations within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration (or eligibility)
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant checks (Police Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain)

Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Team

ORS is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. This is an opportunity to work within a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, delivering high-quality, client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across a variety of settings.

About The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with a broad range of communication and swallowing needs. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants and play a key role in supporting their development and achieving their goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Conducting communication assessments
  • Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
  • Developing and implementing mealtime management plans
  • Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations
  • Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions

You will provide services across multiple environments including homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
