Job summary

E4 People in South West Sydney is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role offers mentoring, supervision and flexibility in managing your caseload across clinic, community and telehealth settings.

You will work with paediatric or lifespan clients from a purpose-built Liverpool clinic, with autonomy to shape your caseload and pursue your clinical interests. Flexible hours and strong professional development support are provided.

This is a great opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking for a supportive environment, professional growth and greater flexibility in how they manage their caseload.

Work alongside experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Physiotherapists and more, with access to the support, resources and collaboration needed to continue developing your clinical skills. The role offers a flexible mix of clinic-based, community and telehealth services, with the autonomy to build a caseload around your interests, experience and preferred areas of practice.

About the role:

• Choose to work with clients across the lifespan or entirely with paediatric clients
• Located in Liverpool utilise a purpose built clinic equipped with sensory gym and therapy resources
• Work with clients from their clinic as well as in the community at schools or homes
• Open to full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week)
